We process all orders within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Shipping Options

We offer two convenient shipping methods to serve our global customers (excluding some Asian and remote regions):

Standard Shipping ($12.95):

  • Carrier: DHL or FedEx
  • Delivery time: 10-15 business days after shipment
  • Includes tracking and insurance

Free Shipping (Orders over $50):

  • Carrier: EMS
  • Delivery time: 15-25 business days after shipment
  • Basic tracking included

International Shipping Notes

Please note:

  • Customers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes
  • Delivery times may vary based on customs processing
  • We cannot ship to certain Asian countries and remote regions

Easy Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your coastal-inspired wardrobe as much as we do. If you’re not completely satisfied, we offer hassle-free returns within 15 days of receiving your order.

Return Process

  3. Package your items: Include the original packing slip and ensure items are in new condition with tags attached

Refund Information

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Refunds process within 5-7 business days
  • Your refund will be issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable (except for defective items)

Non-Returnable Items

For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of:

  • Swimwear with removed hygienic liners (reversible swimwear must have undisturbed liner and original packaging)
  • Worn or washed items
  • Items marked “Final Sale”
